I stepped on the scale this morning and was happy to see the needle only swing three pounds higher than it did a week ago. What about you?

I meant to weigh in today at work...I'm thinking I'm down a few after being sick. That is one upside to being ill...I didn't gorge myself on the usual goodies.

I'm thinking it's no coinkydink that I got a "Join for Free" invitation from Weight Watchers in the mail. Someone must have been peeking over my shoulder when I got on the bathroom scale yesterday morning. Or maybe they just heard the screech down at WW HQ. :>

We need an option that says I'll take off the 15 pounds and two pants sizes I gained since I stopped exercising and kept overeating last Christmas :)
