Auditions for WQPT-TV kids exercise program are being held.  They are looking for kids who can take direction well and reflect diversity in ethnicity, size/fitness, age, and gender.  Kids should be dressed to move.  For more information contact Lora Adams at 309-796-5029.

Borders in Davenport is hosting at Tea for Two Event on Sat. Jan. 24th from 2-4 p.m.  The kids can enjoy music, stories, games, and a tea party.  The cafe will offer free samples of tea and scones.

Make a Light Bulb Snowman Sat. Jan. 24th from 10-3 p.m. at the Habitat ReStore located at 3629 Mississippi Ave in Davenport.  Everything is provided and it only costs a $1 per lightbulb.  Contact 563-391-4949 for additional information.

Winter Hike Jan. 24 starting at 1 p.m. at the Wildcat Den State Park in New Era, Iowa.  The QC Bicycle club is sponsoring this 1 1/2 - 2 hour hike.  Dress warm and wear sturdy shoes.  Contact 563-343-9118 for more information.
