I've been looking for some screaming deals to feature and I just found one. The Quad City River Bandits are advertising Tuesdays as twofer days. Buy one ticket, get one free...but it gets better...kids eat free. I don't have details on what they get to eat for free, but free is a good start in this economy! Go Bandits!

You can take that great deal one step further. For a one time fee of $20, you can sign up your children for the River Bandits Kid's Club and they get free admission the entire season. All 70 games. A bargain! They really do a good job luring families down there for an affordable day.
I believe the Quad City Steamwheelers also offer half price child tickets for all their games as well.

Is that 20.00 per kid? Or 20.00 for all of them? They are doing a better job than the Flames did.
