What was your favorite CommUniversity course?

CommUniversity kicks off its 2009 classes on Sunday, Feb. 1. I joined the CommU board this year and am teaching a class for the first time: Civic Media. I'm excited about this, but wishing I could clone myself so I could take a few of the other classes.
If you're not familiar with CommU, it's an opportunity for any community member to take a class on four Sundays (or two, if it's a short class) in February for just $25 (or $15 for the 2-week classes). The courses are taught by area professors and professionals and all fall into one of five categories: Theology and Church Life; Arts and Humanities, Personal Enrichment, Regional Studies and Public Affairs.
You can learn about everything from emerging infectious diseases to Celtic spirituality to digital scrapbooking to the history of the European Union. St. Ambrose University is the host for the classes. You can get the course listings and registration form here. I'm sure a few of the life-long learners here in Quadsville are CommU alums. If so, tell us about the classes you took. What classes would you like to see offered next year?
