How can "wet" Seattle be such a bicycle commuter town!

When we have to (on tour etc) we ride in the rain but I sure respect those bike commuters, some who seldom miss a day YEAR ROUND (Jeff Cozad for one). Sure, I tell myself, if it was warmer-maybe. I did get a 4 drops of rain on me Wednesday evening when I made a trip- but I don't think that counts. I even had to get out my old lights for that trip and while they were barely needed it did remind me how pleasant it is to experience dusk falling especially along the river.
