Fun cycling until...

Well i finally started riding my bike from work (i drive with my bike in the truck and ride it home that night)and was really enjoying it .Nice and cool not much traffic real quiet ,very relaxing.But things changed last night ,i just got started on my route on hwy 22 just west of I 280 when a car approached from the rear,i got over on the gravel shoulder to stay out of the way.As the car passed and i heard something wizzing through the weeds to my right.I realized the folks in the car threw something at me,no big deal they missed,i chuckled and continued on .I didnt notice where the car had gone but did when they came back and gave it another try to hit me,they luckily missed again.I was able to watch them turn around ,but they just gave me a one finger salute and went on their way.Im really not sure i want to ride again atleast not out there,pretty sad.
