I am not here to argue with anyone, just to say that people have been riding motorcycles for a very long time and we already have so many laws out there that take rights away from us because of crazy people. When you get on a motorcycle you know the risk you are taking and it should be your choice weather you want to wear a helmet or not. My sister and brothers ride all the time and are very careful of how they ride, it is just that sometimes things happen it is a way of life. I think that if everyone weather it be in a car or on a bike drive a little better and use commin sence then we would be fine...

I see it this way, the person driving the car put herself in danger by taking off from the police. She was not the one wanted she should have just stopped the truck and let the cops drag the guy away. She knew they did not want her and eventually they would have arrested him anyways! Now she lost her life and he is the real one to blame for her death...

I know she is your daughter, but what if she gets off this time and is so angry for her mom being in jail and tries to kill you herself? You did say she did not apologize to you when she talked to you on the phone!

Ok So my cousin works at the All Cell World and she is the one who filled me in on the story. The boy was trying to sell them a broken sell phone and being very rude to her, she told him she could not take the broken phone and that is when the boy started making a big deal out of it and calling her names. Well the officers heard it and that is how it all got started...None of the stuff said above in the comments is true it is not his girlfriend and he did not beat on her, just some random hood boy trying to get something for nothing!
